Refund & Return Policy — Adonis Floral Design

At Adonis Floral Design, every arrangement is crafted with intention and care. Because our products are perishable and often custom-made, we have the following policy in place to ensure the best experience for every client.

All Sales Are Final Due to the perishable nature of fresh florals, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled 72+ hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
  • Orders cancelled within 72 hours of delivery/pickup are non-refundable. A store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Custom event and wedding orders require 14 days' notice for cancellation and are subject to a non-refundable deposit for materials and design time already invested.

Subscriptions Subscription orders may be paused or cancelled with 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled delivery. Deliveries already processed are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders We stand behind every arrangement. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

Substitutions Seasonal availability may require substitutions of specific flowers or foliage. We will always maintain the integrity of the design's color palette and aesthetic. Substitutions do not qualify for refunds.

Delivery Once an order is delivered to the provided address, Adonis Floral Design is not responsible for arrangements left unattended. Please ensure someone is available to receive time-sensitive deliveries.
