Terms of Service — Adonis Floral Design

1. Overview By visiting adonisfloraldesign.com and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers and customers.

2. Eligibility By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products & Collections Adonis Floral Design offers luxury floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions — including our Garden Essence collections (Unhinged, Statement, and Abundant) and floral subscriptions. All arrangements are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when specific blooms are unavailable due to seasonality or supply.

4. Perishable Goods & All Sales Final Fresh floral arrangements are perishable. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on floral products. If your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

5. Subscriptions Floral subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will take effect on the following cycle. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.

6. Delivery Local delivery is available within our designated service area. Delivery dates and time windows are selected at checkout and are subject to availability and capacity. Adonis Floral Design is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as fresh flowers should not be left unattended for extended periods.

7. Order Cutoffs & Lead Times Orders must be placed by the cutoff time displayed at checkout for your selected delivery date. We cannot guarantee same-day fulfillment for orders placed after the cutoff.

8. Payment We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

9. Weddings & Events Custom wedding and event orders may be subject to separate agreements, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking. Please contact us directly to discuss your event needs.

10. Accuracy of Information We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided at checkout (e.g., incorrect delivery address or contact details). We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

11. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
