Shipping & Delivery Policy — Adonis Floral Design

1. Local Delivery Only Adonis Floral Design currently offers local delivery within our designated service area. We do not ship nationally or internationally at this time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Dates & Time Windows Delivery dates and time windows are selected at checkout and are subject to availability and capacity. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and events.

3. Order Cutoff Times Orders must be placed by the cutoff time displayed at checkout for your selected delivery date. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. We cannot guarantee same-day delivery.

4. Delivery Fees Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected time window.

5. Recipient Availability Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the selected delivery window. Fresh floral arrangements should not be left unattended for extended periods, as heat, cold, or direct sunlight can affect their quality and longevity.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Adonis Floral Design is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address or contact information provided at checkout, or an unavailable recipient. Re-delivery attempts may be subject to an additional fee.

7. Perishable Goods All floral arrangements are perishable. Once delivered, proper care is the responsibility of the recipient. Care instructions are included with every order. We are not responsible for the condition of arrangements after successful delivery.

8. Damaged Orders If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to make it right.

9. Weddings & Events Wedding and event deliveries are coordinated directly with our team and may follow a separate delivery agreement outlined at the time of booking. Please contact us to discuss logistics for your event.

10. Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate any delays as soon as possible.
